Welcome to Still Point Osteopathy, North Brisbane’s premier Allied health Centre. Located in North Lakes and Ashgrove. Formerly known as Discover Osteopathy in Ashgrove. But still owned by Dr Phillip Deam and his wife Meghan.

Our vision, when we decided to open the clinics, was to provide the North Brisbane community a comfortable and welcoming environment where our patients and practitioners could work towards the health and healing goals of each individual patient, using osteopathic medicine.

At Still point Osteopathy, you’ll find our team has expert knowledge of the human body and its systems, our practitioners have spent 5 years at university, studying the human physiology and its ailments.

We pride ourselves on giving you the attention and understanding you deserve. With attentive and caring practitioners, who are always happy to have a laugh with you.

What is Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a system of holistic manual medicine that is very much more involved than physiotherapy, massage, or chiropractic medicine. Osteopathy recognises the crucial link between the structure of the body and the way in which it operates.

As manual medicine providers, our Osteopaths use a combination of orthopedic and osteopathic assessment to carry out diagnoses and treatment. Our techniques are gentle enough to be used on infants, the elderly, and chronic pain sufferers. We can speak to you about the individual concerns of each member of your family, from your newborn baby, to Grandma and Granddad.
